Electric Security Fences are an electrified and alarmed security fence which forms an impenetrable boundary to your property. Before this is achieved you must have an adequate and compatible security fence (See Chain Wire Security Fences). To start a specialized set of poles are attached to the inside of your current fence which holds the insulated clips which the electric wire will run through. Poles are also attached to the inside of your gates which will be electrified and connected to the rest of your fence with specialized switches. Once the electric wire has been tensioned on your fence it will be linked and connected to a control panel where you can turn either the whole fence or just sections on and off. To finish warning signs are placed every 10 meters to inform people that the fence is electrified and operational.

Custom-built, Gallagher systems can be designed to meet the rigorous requirements of high-risk security installations, such as military installations and prisons, through to small commercial applications such as self-storage facilities and vehicle sales yards. Gallagher systems can also be integrated with other security systems such as imaging and/or access control systems for a site security solution from the outside in.[i]
